JOB COACH

​

The Appleby Trust are seeking to employ a Job Coach to support people with disabilities in supported employment and with qualifications over a two year period, based primarily in the ABC council area

 

Essential criteria

 

• Assessor qualification- D32/33 or equivalent

• HND level or equivalent Health and Social Care

• 2 years experience of supported employment or job coaching working in disability

• 1 years experience of delivering accredited qualifications

 

Desirable criteria

• Diploma in supported employment or equivalent

 

Closing date Thursday the 11th of May at 3pm

 

The position is funded under PROSPER a new and exciting programme of support for people with disabilities funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Program.
